Payment Information

When you submit your reservation request we will respond with a confirmation e-mail regarding availability and answering any questions may have asked. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of your package is required to complete your reservation. If you prefer to use PayPal to make the payment then the full amount is required to complete your reservation. If your payment is done on our "secured page" with a Visa or MasterCard, the charge will show on your credit card statement under: "Costa Rica Surf Sc. Puntarenas, Costa Rica". Taxes are not included in any of our set-packages. If you use "Build your own package" taxes are included in the price.

How does it work?

*Visa & Master Card Users: We charge your Visa or MasterCard with your authorization after you fill out the form on our 'secured payment page'.

**PayPal Users: We send you an invoice with the information required to pay your package using PayPal. You can use any credit card or bank account to make a payment.

** Contact your financial institution to learn about "international transaction fees"

*** Note: If you pay with PayPal we require the full amount of your package.

Cancellation Acknowledgement

*Cancellation 6 Days before or no show: no refund and the full amount of your package will be charged.

*Cancellation 1 week before reservation: 25% of the total amount of your package will be refunded.

*Cancellation 2 weeks before reservation:, 50% of the total amount of your package will be refunded.

*Cancellation 3 weeks before reservation: 75% of the total amount of your package will be refunded.

Costa Rica Surf Camp (CRSC) is committed to protecting your privacy as an Internet user. CRSC recognizes its' responsibility to keep all information in which CRSC acquires completly confidential at all times. In connection with such a transaction CRSC strictly protects your personal information.

Collection of Information: To enable CRSC to provide secure payment facilities it will typically acquire information which may include the Cardholder's name, credit card number (with the expiry date) and billing address.

Use and Disclosure of Information: CRSC uses the information to obtain authorization from the Issuing bank of the credit card and process the payment.
