Which airlines fly to Costa Rica?

Taca, United, Spirit Air (cheapest if you are on East Coast of US), Canada Air, Frontier, U.S Airways, Copa, Iberia, Delta, Continental United, American, and Mexicana. They all fly to the San Juan Santa Maria International Airport (SJO) in San Jose.
